Maggie Rogers "Now That the Light Is Fading"

Maggie Rogers, an American singer-songwriter, released her debut extended play titled "Now That the Light Is Fading" on February 16, 2017. The EP was launched by Columbia Records and Rogers' own label Debay Sounds, after her breakthrough hit "Alaska" and a series of indie releases.

The EP was well-received by critics and reached number four on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart and number 39 on the Top Rock Albums chart. Leonie Cooper of NME described the EP as "a delicate and magnificent piece of work" that reaches a point of near pop perfection. Katherine St. Asaph of Pitchfork expressed optimism for Rogers' future in music, acknowledging her talent and potential for future growth.
